It was in a good location and it was cheaper than the other options nearby. Not the cleanest, but it did what I needed it to.

Was nice.. shower was great... Had 6 nice pillows (3 per bed)...
Big TV, nice lamps everywhere, all soft LED lighting.. microwave, refrigerator, all new... Nice..
And a desk with nice Thin Leather Steel Chair, (I want one 😆)...
And small breakfast in office, but I did not use...
Nice staff and employees...

You need a vacuum that cleans the carpets and especially around the edges of pet fur. They need to dust, one night stand had weeks of dust where one would keep something. Lastly if sheets have holes and are torn, Replace Them.

The rooms are sufficient for sleeping, but that's about it. Dirty, stained tub that didn't drain efficiently. Non-working lights. Clean room and comfortable bed though. The staff didn't seem very friendly and it felt like I was bothering them when I asked for an extra blanket (which I never received). We ended up leaving early. The price was economic though.

This was our 2nd time here. Fan on the climate control squeaked all night. Hair dryer wouldn't stay on. Found a big blob of something on the bathroom floor. Sink had trouble draining. Couch is a folding bed so sitting on it is very uncomfortable. Breakfast is very much on the light side. A banana, some ceraeal, some yogurt.
On the plus side the bed is comfortable.

It was a budget price stay. It wasn’t super clean and refurbished but it smelled fine and was mostly clean. A little dusty and some worn things like faucets and trim. Not a big deal. It was a good place to stay on a budget.

Many of the things in the room were broken including the phone. The sheets had been covered but on inspection. We found the sheets had not been changed since the last guest used them.

It is showing some age but was perfectly pleasant for our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. For the price I don't know if it can be beat.
