I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. John’s. Goes to show, make sure you don’t assume things. Also, don’t book hotels when you’re about to go to sleep and haven’t had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.

The hotel is old, the service is OK
Environment: average, not far from the airport, shopping is also quite convenient
Facilities: outdated

We had a nice stay …over all was a good few nights ..would’ve like a extra sofa chair to sit with my wife ,and a shower safely bar would be nice in the bathroom…but I give it 5 stars ⭐️…thanks ….Mr & Mrs Turner

The room was fine. The photos on your site are misleading. There was no restaurant (its been closed since 2019). There was no bar. I booked one night through ******* early as we were flying out the next day at $199. 2 days before we were due to arrive i called the hotel to add an extra night at $169. They added it to your booking and therefore i paid $60.00 more than the going rate. All in all what should have been a time to relax was spent trying to find and driving to restaurants 3 times a day.

Outdated. Restaurant wasn’t available. Shuttle wasn’t available. I felt like I was in the movie “the shining” it’s was creepy and horrible.
