Great
GGuest UserThis is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, the decoration, and the overall atmosphere. What made this place truly special is the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely warm. You can really feel that they care, and it makes all the difference. The luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out is very convenient and included, which is a big plus. They even offer free coffee, snacks, drinks and more, which is amazing. And the breakfast is incredibly good and very varied — honestly one of the best I’ve had. I would definitely come back if I return to Amsterdam. I can’t thank them enough. And also the staff speak multiple languages, which makes communication very easy. If you’re still hesitating, just go for it! This place deserves 10 stars, not 5.

GGuest UserAmazing hostel location, rooms had spacious bunk beds, mirror and clean toilets and shower room in the room. Just a headups the the travel adapter keeps falling from the socket attached to the bed. So it's easier if you carry power bank or lighter weight travel adapter for charging.

RRaja KashanThe location of easyHotel Amsterdam Arena Boulevard is very convenient, especially for travelers who rely on public transport. Although it is quite far from the city centre, the hotel is just a one-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Amsterdam quickly by train. The area around the hotel is pleasant and lively, with nearby markets, food options, and coffee shops, which makes it easy to find something to eat or relax without having to travel far. The room itself was quite small and didn’t have a special or cozy atmosphere. It feels very basic and functional rather than comfortable or stylish. Overall, it’s a good option if you just need a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

Sstela68I was prepared for the stairs based on previous reviews, but it was still more challenging than expected. I was assigned room 401, which meant climbing 5 flights. The spiral staircase in this old building was a bit difficult. However, in an expensive city like Amsterdam, for this price, and with a central location within a 10-minute walk of Central Station, canal boat tours, Chinatown, and the Royal Palace, what more can you complain about? There's no kettle in the room, so I recommend bringing your own. Although there's a coffee machine in the reception area on the ground floor where you can get hot water, it's not very convenient to go up and down from the 4th floor.

GGuest UserGood location. The hotel is clean. But if you bring heavy luggages, be mindful that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator. Overall, nice stay because my family and I just need place to sleep overnight.

公幹狂人The location is superb, just a 6-minute walk from the train station. In the evenings, it's a ten-minute walk to ***. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; the entire street is practically lined with eateries. Overall, the room was clean. However, I found it quite peculiar that in the Netherlands, house taxes are levied based on a property's width, which explains why most buildings are long and narrow. The only drawback was that when I needed to store my luggage before checking out, the storage room was located downstairs, requiring me to carry my bags down a very narrow and steep staircase, one by one.

GGuest UserI was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful

KKobayashiTatsuyaThe location is good, quite close to Amsterdam station and the city center. To enter the hotel, you have to go to the reception of the hotel next door and have them open the door for you, which is a bit of a hassle, but the location is good and the room is just up the stairs, so overall it is convenient. The toilet and shower are shared outside the room, but there is a sink in the room.

LLizzi BrownThe hostel is in a good location out of the centre, it's an easy tram ride in to Centraal with very frequent trams. You get what you pay for, it's cheap and cheerful but very good value for budget accomodation just a short trip from Amsterdam city centre. The beds were very comfortable, the room was larger than expected and very airy as we were in an attic room and all the windows opened. The stairs were a bit treacherous, very steep and winding but a nice feature of an old traditional building. The showers and facilities were fine, kept clean by other travellers and staff and the kitchen was fine too. I would definitely stay here again for cheap, reasonable accommodation.
