There’s a parking lot right next to the property, which made things super convenient. The surrounding area is a picturesque little town, perfect for a relaxing walk and sightseeing. An unforgettable experience - to find yourself at night inside a completely deserted medieval city (during the day, the narrow streets and stairs are jammed with tourists). The hotel is in a historical building - be prepared for the lack of an elevator and small rooms, but the ambience makes up for everything. There are restaurants, no problems with dinner. Parking on the mainland (follow the signs to ”P3”), the code for the barrier must be requested from the hotel, a shuttle runs from the parking lot, from the shuttle it is about 100 meters on foot.

GGuest UserA most pleasant stay was had, the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast complete, delicious and comfortable you could not find more amenable staff and my wife and I would definitely recommend this place of serenity and easy access to Mont San Michel

MMary the free spiritLove staying at La mere poulard. Love everything but the flies which I think it’s hard to get rid of due to the location. It was beautiful otherwise. Breakfast was yummy. Just go early like 8 or 9 am
And be grateful… make sure to greet the staff and say thank you. It’s the other way around in Europe just to have your manners. Learn Bonjour and merci … it will make a big difference!!!!

In the afternoon, the path is crowded by tourists visiting the Mont-St-Michel Abbey, which makes your walk to your room not so easy. However, since your hotel is on the island, you can enjoy the walk through Mont-St-Michel in the night or early morning, when there are almost no tourists.
