Deveriam ter um placa para colocar na porta, se precisa arrumar o quarto ou não. Mesma coisa das toalhas, acredito que pela sustentabilidade não deveriam trocar todos os dias as mesmas. NUNCA cobrar os hóspedes na área da piscina pelo consumo diário e sim colocar no check-out.

espera mais do hotel, custo beneficio abaixo do esprado. cafe da manhão ruim, limpeza e instalações ruim. quarto sem muito conforto. Na verdade instalações antigas. pelo o preço , não vale a pena. hotem escuro e pouca ventilação natural. piso antigo, restaurante e cafe da manhão com poucas opções. não vale a pena.

O hotel precisa prestar mais atenção aos detalhes. Móveis antigos sem restauração, porta descascando, cartão da porta que descodifica frequentemente, sem tomada ao lado das camas. O café da manhã é simples, não compatível com um 4 estrelas, e é inadmissível não ter manteiga/margarina individual e poderia ter mais opções de “padaria”. Quando vai chegando o final do horário os itens que acabam não são repostos. O quarto é bem espaçoso e as camas são confortáveis, mas faz falta um cobertor. O banheiro tem banheira, chuveiro elétrico e amenities 2 em 1, mas não tem tapete, e ao sair da banheira molhado corre-se um risco enorme de escorregar.
Os funcionários foram todos muitos simpáticos, principalmente Seu Antônio na recepção, check in e check out rápidos. Dito tudo isso, dependendo do preço e das suas expectativas, a estadia compensa.
