Prenoto per me e un mio collega. Due giorni prima telefono dicendo che il mio collega non può venire, e che sarei andato solo io. Ma l'albergo sostiene che la prenotazione era non rimborsabile (booking mi ha detto che se agli albergatori andava bene, non ci sarebbe stato alcun addebito). E invece gli albergatori sono stati estremamente fiscali, mi è capitato con altri alberghi e mi hanno sempre risposto: ”non c'è problema, alla prossima occasione siamo lieti di ospitarvi”. Alla reception non mi accettano nemmeno 10 € di sconto. Ma dico io restando la camera vuota, non c'è chi fa la doccia e sporca le lenzuola, 10 € di sconto ci stanno. Non possono nemmeno dire che la camere l'avrebbe occupata qualcun altro (l'albergo aveva molte camere libere) e comunque la disdetta è stata fatta con due giorni di anticipo. E alla sera, dopo avermi dato la chiave hanno la faccia tosta di chiedermi se voglio includere nella mia prenotazione la colazione. Ma dico io, prenoto due camere e una la lascio libera e linda (o vendibile ad un altro cliente) e non mi offrite manco un cappuccino? Non ci sapete fare! La concorrenza è grande, così non si ha fortuna. E come se mi sono scivolati 50 € dalla tasca, voi li avete trovati e ve li tenete. Per lavoro o con la mia famiglia MAI potrei tornare in un albergo e incrociare lo sguardo con gente così venale e fiscale. Almeno la notte è andata bene? No, stanze per niente insonorizzate, le pareti sembravano di cartongesso, rumore nelle camere a fianco e al piano di sopra. Dato che avevo prenotato due camere (e il mio collega non è venuto), potevano almeno lasciare la camera a fianco della mia vuota, e invece ho trovato pure uno che ha guardato la TV tutta la notte, e si sentiva tutto. Finalmente quell'esperienza è finita, apprezzerò di più la vita.

The hotel is a beautiful and personal place for the reception and super top rooms, gentle and friendly, not all. I forgot the house keys early August and 3 days ago I called the hotel after almost two months because I had lost a watch and I didn't know where I called in the hotel for any findings, since I was going to buy it back as it was a I loved a great gift of family, and I must say to surprise that the boy of the reception with so much professionality and gentleness told me that I faced it. I was very happy, of course, thank you for having found him cleaning room 305 that day of August 11 morning. I also work in the hotel so I know what dedication and education means. What to say Hotels we recommend to spend top holidays and have the security of all the services that a customer can have in a holiday in August. We had 12 family members stay here last week. The villa/palazzo was so beautiful. The classic double rooms were adequate size with updated bathrooms. The Jr suites ( we had 3 adults in each) were really large with two twins in one room and another twin off to the side. They had good air conditioning - not the coldest- but it was 95 degrees F while we were there. The staff was wonderful!! Both the day and the night shift! One of the best features is that the hotel is two short blocks from Piazza Popolo GPS led us right there. We paid for self-parking which is right outside the backdoor - very convenient.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel ed eravamo 4 famiglie di amici con figli. Siamo stati bene. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Cena abbondante e genuina con piatti cucinati in modo semplice e genuino. Buone le torte a colazione. Al mare siamo andati col pulmino reso disponibile come servizio. Non abbiamo visto animazione, ma non ne avevamo bisogno. Il tennis è disponibile anche se il campo è un po' trascurato. Ok la piscina. L'Hotel è molto pulito. Non tutte le camere hanno frigo bar. Il giudizio del gruppo era positivo all'unanimità.
