Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk ★★★

"I love my stay there, but one of the house keepers kept my jacket expensive I left there and they didn't turn it in. They were supposed to but didn't I'm very upset about this matter and I want my jacket back. Silver sequin cowgirl jacket very expensive and elegant I call few times no one knows nothing so I'm coming back up there to speak with a manager on Nov 4th in the morning 😔"

Monarch Casino Resort Spa ★★★★

"The Mountain View room looked nice at first, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing. There was a lot of trash left in the garbage can under the sink, and when I moved the black trash can, I noticed leftover garbage and debris underneath. It seemed the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. I called the front desk to request housekeeping, but nobody came to clean the room. We basically had to stay in a dirty, uncleaned room, which made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay. My skin also became very itchy after using the blankets and towels, which added to the discomfort. In addition, the front desk receptionist’s attitude was not professional and our calls regarding the cleanliness concerns were ignored. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall experience were disappointing, so we would not recommend this place."
