The property was good and was clean but had other visitors spam calling our room phone and banging on our door

Walked into a yellow stained duvet, then was told I couldn’t use the jet tub I specifically rented the room for due to leaking into the room below me.

Overall great stay. Room was updated and clean. Also comfortable beds. Didn’t care for the carpet though. No sign of bugs, ants, roaches etc! Breakfast was decent, Pool was ok, little cold for an inside pool though. Check in was fast & easy. Friendly, helpful staff. Price was reasonable as well.

Very clean, excellent customer service and the front desk super nice the manager helped me fix the reservation that I missed up . I definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come back again.

The whole reason I booked this hotel over others is because it claimed to have sound proofed rooms. I could hear every word from conversations in the halls and the people above us stomped around all night which kept us from sleeping. I would not come back for this reason.

Staff needs to learn to converse, other than grunting like cave people, but the facilty and service was great

Excellent hotel! The area is very nice and it is less than a 10-minute drive to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill. The room was clean and up-to-date. The elevators were very smooth. They offered a wide selection of breakfast items, and the coffee was really good! We did not get a chance to use the pool, but it was very nice as well.

Obviously this was a NEW property. Loved the large Number ID on each floor. Room was well appointed. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were friendly and helpful

I complained all 3 nights about noise above me - asked to be moved. Got Declined. Complained to Manager Friday Morning. No real resolutions AFTER I got home I got another charge on my CC that they can't explain I wouldn't stay here

My stay was great! The hotel was great for our location and where we needed to go. It is very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great overall. There were some noisy party people in the hall at night but not a big deal. Great breakfast!

This was my family’s first time at this hotel and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The rooms were spacious and modern. The swimming area was amazing and the breakfast was incredible: the best continental breakfast we have ever had! We will definitely return for another stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family!
