Facilities: Not bad, there is a small gym open 24 hours. Free bottled water. Hygiene: OK. Environment: OK. There are no restaurants around, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the mall. Service: Not bad Breakfast is delicious

Arrival was so smooth. The man at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and so was the premises. No problems during our stay. Breakfast was decent and check out was a breeze. Staff seemed very happy and willing to help.

We've stayed many times. Our check in clerk Jon is always amazing. He greets us like long time friends and makes us feel like we belong. There is always plenty of variety for breakfast. I love watching kids watch the pancake machine. It makes me smile.

Very easy to get to. Very nice staff, rooms were very clean. We even got to enjoy the pool.

Check in online was so easy! We did not even have to go to the front desk. We used a digital key. Easy right? The lobby was clean roomie and nicely decorated. Elevators were clean room was easy to access. Our room was very spacious. Very clean. The bathroom is clean with a nice walk-in shower and a beautiful glass enclosure. All the amenities we needed. The ice was right down the hallway. Everything was fabulous. I have no complaints. The beds were clean and comfy. The whole place looks either new or newly remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Sheets on bed was comfortable. Shower had handheld and wall mount but wall mount didnt seem to work right room 425..Overall we have stayed at this location several times and enjoyed our stay.

Happy with the room and stay. But dissappointed in the $70 pet fee for our 15 yo kitty. Pretty excessive for not even 24 hr stay . Comared to other hotels that only charge $20 or $30
