Wingate by Wyndham Williamsburg

Great location, close to the outlets!

There were ants in our room when we woke up. Bring body wash because their container was empty. The bath towels were stained and gross.

The room was great. The view was of the rooftop of the neighbors building. Room lighting needs improvement (maybe a light on the desk side) . Maybe some anti slip tape in the bath tub (lil slippery during shower)

Overall an average stay. Nothing overly exciting or fantastic but not bad. I would stay here again.

I usually stay at Hilton's or Marriott's but I was impressed with the most recent reviews after their renovation occurred. I'm super glad we stayed there because everything was basically new. Room for opportunity is that their cleaning staff must do a better job or this place is going to lose its sparkly "renovation newness" quickly. As many times as we will come to Williamsburg for our kid's softball tournaments, we will definitely stay here again. The saff is super friendly and helpful, along with breakfast staff. We didn't get to try the indoor pool since we went to Busch Gardens that evening.

I would only stay at this hotel for one night anything more pay more for somewhere else. Entered the room and noticed it was stains on the pillowcases and covers. The room was remodeled but it still looked outdated.

We were really pleased with the hotel. The hotel was super clean, the service was great, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they kept refilling empty trays. It was closed to restaurants and stores and only 15min from Busch Gardens.

Not-so-good. The room was dingy and the A/C barely worked, making it a very humid stay. The bathroom was gross and there was little soundproofing in the rooms. Would recommend looking at other available options.
