Not four star but charging four star prices. Breakfast was poor quality. View from bedroom nothing like photos on website. Will not be returning.

We can really recommend this lovely B & B. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and the showers easy to use. Martin and Maria are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal with easy access to the old tramway to a short level walk into town. Malcolm & Jean Reed.

The room was spotless and the facilities are great. We had a fridge in our room, a lovely surprise. The choice for breakfast is very good and it was delicious. It's within walking distance of Stratford and Martin and Maria are super friendly and obliging. We will return and highly recommend Avonpark House

This was our first time at Avonpark House and had gone for a birthday celebration. We were greeted on arrival by Martin who could not have been more helpful then and all though our stay. Our room was really lovely and the breakfasts amazing. Looking forward to going back soon.

Love it!! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy! Our room was in the back overlooking the garden and was so quiet and perfect for listening to the birds and the tower bells from Holy Trinity. The location is superb as everything is walkable! The full English breakfast was delicious!!!! *We would also highly recommend The Old Tramway pub for dinner which is only steps from Avonpark House.

We had a fantastic stay here, the room was well appointed and all our needs were met. Breakfast & sitting time was pre ordered the night before which meant we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Good choice on menu. Our bedroom and bathroom was spotless, we had a mini fridge which was so quiet! We were in easy walking distance from the town with a great local pub nearby which had live music Fri & the Sat we were there, also good food there. We would definitely stay here again

This was around our 6th stay at Avonpark H and the standard of hospitality and comfort was, if anything, even higher than before. Martin and Maria go out of their way to make guests feel welcome - breakfasts are great and the cleanliness of bedrooms and bathrooms is exceptionally high. They have even had the wif-fi upgraded so speeds are very good. Avonpark is ideal for attendance at the RSC venues. Just a ten minute walk along the Old Tramway and across the Avon. If I could give it a '6' I would....

First time staying at Avonpark,we chose this after reading the reviews. Even better than I was expecting. Beforehand Martin was very accommodating regarding the arrival time as this wasn't specified through the booking agency, would now definitely recommend booking direct. The room was superb, we had number 4,easily on par with the 4/5 * hotels we have stayed in before, spotlessly clean with all the amenities you should require. Breakfast was perfect with so much to choose from and all perfectly cooked to your choice and in such a pleasant dining room, a relaxing way to start the day. Enjoy a pleasant walk into Stratford along the old tramway, depending on your pace ten to twenty minute walk, take time out and enjoy the experience. I just wish I had found this sooner. I try not to give 10/10 as I usually think something could be improved on but can't find a fault here so 10/10. Already thinking of returning just to enjoy Stratford and knowing we have such a good welcoming and pleasant place to stay definitely recommended.

Had another lovely stay. Martin and Maria are excellent hosts ,nothing is to much trouble.Breakfast is second to none will definitely be returning. Location is perfect a walk along the tow path takes you into the town centre. There is parking at Avonpark.
