All of the members of this hotel was soo nice:) One of the best things of Hilton Los Angeles/Universal city is the location from a theme park to the hotel!! And I was really satisfied with a early check-in:D

Very good location but the room is too old, towels are as old as like pool towels. Bed sheets and bathroom are not clean. And self parking charged $45 until the next day until 6 pm.

Two-day trip to Universal Studios, booked nearby hotels within walking distance

The rooms are generally decent! But the same fee was deducted twice, which is puzzling! Need to call to solve the problem!

Hotel closed to Universal studios, walking around 5 minutes. Great room, clean. The only bad was check in time waiting too long. We were arriving 12 pm and we had to waiting till 4 pm to get our room.

The room facilities are very old, bathing is very inconvenient, the hot water is not hot at all, the air conditioner is broken, and the staying experience is extremely poor! The only advantage is that it is very close to Universal Studios, a 6-minute walk away.

I said I booked a room for someone, but I'm not sure if it will be comfortable. But the price is really not cheap. My friend has no feedback, so maybe it’s okay. But I don’t know why the confirmation number was cancelled.
