Spa Hotels in Stuttgart

We didn’t have a good first impression as the room wasn’t cleaned when we entered after getting the key from the check-in desk. We were asked to wait while they cleaned it, but since it was already late (6 PM), we requested a room change. Aside from the initial issue, everything else was just okay.

Very good hotel, suitable for business and family, clean and good service. I searched a lot of hotels and this one looked the best. The price was very cheap and the decoration was newer. I came here because everyone had good reviews.

Breakfast is provided with some salads, ham slices, bread, etc. Coffee and fried eggs need to be requested from the waiter. The price set by Ctrip is not cheap, and you should also pay attention to whether it includes breakfast. Breakfast in foreign hotels is more expensive.

When you come into the hotel there is such a nice smell, the surroundings were also very good😍. The room... very clean and all the staff are friendly. What I missed in the room was a shoehorn😅. But otherwise, as I said, everything was very good.🤗🤭

A very cost-effective hotel in the city center. The breakfast is also good. It's great to watch the sunset from the rooftop. Stuttgart is relatively large. It is easier to take a taxi to go to the two museums. Unfortunately, the square is under maintenance.

Excellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean ”for the most part”. With that said: now the ”MAIN” part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)

Actually, the hotel is not near the first picture, but in a village. I felt cheated at first, but I finally found it was better to stay here. It is a very comfortable rural environment, and it is very convenient to go to the city center. I drove there by myself, and the parking price is not cheap, but you can enter and exit unlimited times within a day. The scenery of the station next to the hotel is really beautiful. The park next to it can communicate and play with local children in depth. It is very suitable for children to play.

After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

”Insider tip” for everyone who wants to live in absolute peace (as long as the other guests are mi**aching) in the most beautiful district of Stuttgart and still be able to reach the city on foot or by bus in a few minutes and doesn't need a restaurant. The wellness area is very good considering the size of the hotel, especially the sauna. Only the ”fitness room” is a windowless little room. The parking situation is also bad: the hotel has around 12 spaces, with more guests it gets tight. All residential streets are subject to a fee, but only on weekdays
