Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back. There is also calcium in the shower head and the room is simply old, not well cleaned and maintained. When the housewife makes the beds again, we will find together a big spot on the bed, around. Is that really? The housekeepers are nice and fast coming 2. After I checked it all, I called the RECEPTION and explained everything. Did you say ”so do you want to make the bed again? Do we come?” you ask me? Well! What should I do? Should I sleep on the dirty bed? What a 4-star hotel does that ask? So man must know what to do. We paid breakfast and when we were there, we still have to wait because everything is full, and we have waited full hunger in the lobby but no problem, no drinks or so while we wait. When we get a table, the servant gave us a dirty counter, the servant was fully unfriendly, I said please clean he wasn't wiped but once without seeing and away again. OMG I have to clean everything with my hand, but a servant comes to clean (which may have seen me that I try to clean with my hand). The food was not optional, main thing you can eat.

This is my very first time stayed here to celebrate my father’s birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. And not to mention the friendly and helpful staff here, Mas Adit - front officer, Mas Ryan - Asst. Restaurant Manager, Mba Silva & Fitri - Restaurant Greeter, and Pak Undang - MOD, Well done! They prepared a little birthday surprise for my dad when we’re having our breakfast. Really satisfied! We had a pleasant stay here! Thankyou for the hospitality!

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. It was very good! The people are so friendly and kind. They wil help you with everything. For example Andre drove with me to a ATM because it was not near the resort. And Rizal helpt good also with checking in and also other things. The only thing what we didn’t like that much was that the shower had a powerful ray. All by all. We enjoyed it very much en I really recommend it, when you want a relax en nice looking resort.

all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)
