Terrible experience with *******. They refused to cancel my reservation after I called them to cancel after I got to the motel and found out all the rooms were non smoking. I told them I'm going literally across the street to Super 8 and getting a room through them and still refused. So I see....i get charged for a room i'm not even staying in!! Keep up the bad work.

Clean, big and open. No frills whatsoever, and the breakfast was only cookies, coffee and juice. Felt safe. Good for a place to sleep without worrying about bed bugs or bacteria.

The room was clean and comfortable. The paint looked recent and added a touch of class to the hallways. Very little available for breakfast but the desk person explained that in advance and there are several places nearby so it’s not a big deal.

I recently booked this location by mistake and was unable to request a refund directly from the hotel. I needed a room at the location in Lake Charles, La. As soon as I received my booking information I noticed that the hotel was in Sulfur, La and reached out ******* who contacted the hotel and was advised that the manager would be available the next day to discuss a possible refund. I tried calling the hotel and from Friday to Saturday evening no one answered the phone. I think this was very unprofessional.
