Solstice Hotel Erie Inn & Suites Reviews

The breakfast at the hotel we stayed at on our way to Buffalo was just a few slices of bread and milk. It's hard to describe. But it's better than nothing!

Was in a great location but I the room there was barely any toilet paper

The Solstice was closed and we were bumped to the Best Western across the street where we found out that the manager had just quit and there were no housekeeping staff that weekend nor did the kitchen staff show up for Saturday morning. We had to be switched to a different room because our original room was not cleaned. In the end and for our inconvenience we were only charged for 1 night. I really feel that the staff did they're best and tried they're hardest considering what they were left with.

Staff was very friendly. Room could be cleaner. Trash was not emptied from previous guest and no wash clothes provided. Good location - very active shopping and restaurant area.

on google app when entering location it is permanently closed yet owner told that it is open and all is OK , but it was not .Most amenities are closed , breakfast is almost none existing . Cold cereal , lousy coffee , looks like place will be getting ready for renovation. We left after one night

Service was beyond great Breakfast was great I liked the options the only bad things I would say is the drink station for juice was watery and the one bed the mattress was broken

It was excellent. The rooms are more of an efficiency. We were extremely satisfied. The workers were also very helpful and cheerful.

WIFI was non-existant here. It just never worked. The TV depends on wifi too, so basically there is no TV as well. Breakfast was terrible. It might as well be not there. For the price we paid, we expected a decent breakfast and stable wifi connection. Very disappointed.

Was clean , quiet and the breakfast included was great .

The staff was nice we booked a kind bed, there were none available so we got 2 queens😞. The breakfast was very limited and not great

This property was suitable for our needs. Ther was coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. That was a nice bonus. Not pet free. It was too bad the front desk was too busy on there cell phone to even thank us for staying or even wish us a good day.

Bathroom door was just a sliding piece of glass that had no latch to keep it closed. Couch made loud noise every time we sat down. Volume button on remote did not work and the WiFi was terrible. There was also a very strong **** smell in the hallway that was bothering my young son. The workers were very friendly and got us checked in and out in a timely manner. It wasn’t our worse experience but it could definitely use some updating and repairs.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling/wall. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. The shower appeared dirty (hair on the edge and looked dingy). The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast was dismal. It looked like the room was at the halfway point of being remodeled.

It was ok, you get what you pay for I guess. Check in staff was rude, breakfast rudimentary, but clean and comfortable otherwise.
