The hotel did not disappoint, from design, service, amenities and consistency with the brand, the Ace Hotel Sydney was on point! One thing I would note would be the price, as it was a bit pricey for the size of the room and maybe lack of a pool, other than that, all good!

We had a mixed experience at ace hotel. On one hand, we loved the restaurant Kiln and had great food + service there. However, in the morning when we ordered room service to our room, the person who answered at the front desk was rude and condescending. The food we then received was below average, and I found a piece of baking paper cooked inside the pancakes.

Great hotel in a prime location. Modern and alternative decor with super comfy beds. Only fault I can offer is that I felt like the house keeping needed a little more attention to detail 😃

When you walk into the room, there is a washbasin platform, which is very convenient for us because we have the habit of washing our hands when we enter the door.
The toilet and shower are two separate rooms. Dry and wet separation is completely achieved, which is very convenient for two people.
This hotel is near the Central Railway Station, and it is actually very close to the hotel. It is much cheaper than taking T8 from the train station. And you can take the train to the Blue Mountains from this central train station.
There are musical instruments in the room. I wonder if there are any in other rooms. If only I could play.

It's so scary. I actually found blood stains under the sheets in the room. It seemed to be fresh. I asked the clerk if they had cleaned the room and if they had come in. I couldn't tell. I reported the problem to three or four people back and forth, but they never got a reply. It's so bad.
