Staff are very nice. Location near Pinjiang Road, subway. Very convenient. The breakfast is not many food but have enough western and Chinese style. But the outside hotel’s name should add English name to easy to find.

It's near by MRT. Good service. Friendly employee. Room is clean. The wall is a bit old but it's okay. The hotel is about 50m from road.

Hotel is located right in the heart of Suzhou which is very convenient if you came sightseeing. The longest food street I’ve seen is located just around the corner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased breakfast separately, it cost only 38 yuan and contained everything I wanted - from porridge and main course to coffee and desserts. Of you decide to order food from any of the restaurants nearby, it will be delivered right to your room by a cute robot. I really loved the convenience of it. The picture below shows the view of old hutongs from my window.

Extremely good for the price. Includes free laundry service. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and roomy. Better if they can provide 2 room cards for easier access to using the left.

Good location, just a few mins walk to Guanqian pedestrian street and Metro. Room is comfortable and clean but it's separated from the lobby building. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good.

Good hotel and services, foreign guests are accepted, staffs are friendly and rooms are clean and convenient. Hotel is located nearby Guan Qian Street, crowded and full of tourist.

I was in this hotel for 2 days and it was so amazing. The staffs tried to contact with me and help me a lot even when we cannot speak chinese. The room is clean everyday and they also refill the towels, tissue and water even when we didn't ask. If I have a chance to comeback Suzhou, I must choose this hotel again because its services is so good.

Room clean , internet good , relatively comfortable place to work . I can’t say anything bad . Maybe bed a little bit too narrow and once I almost fell off . But that it is my problem as I generally used to wider ones . If I would go here again ? Strong yes , I would recommend this place .
