Really a very pleasant stay I came to Lili Ancient Town with my little sister. I originally booked a homestay. Later, because of special reasons, I changed to Lihua Jianguo Hotel. I arrived in Suzhou from Shanghai after work. The hotel was very new. At night, a little brother received it. Everything was very fast. There is a small robot in the hotel to help deliver food. When checking out, the front desk lady Xiao Jiang is also very good. It is a memorable play experience to help us delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free.

Really fortunate to choose 0572 Hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, the hot spring pool is very clean, there will be no mess and smell, the room view is very good, you can see the lake directly, the most important thing is very quiet! The staff at the Wyndham was very nice. The breakfast food was quite good, and our room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is on a nice lake with good views and walking or biking paths. The hotel has tandem bikes available to borrow. Other than the lake, there aren't a lot of options of things to do in the area, so come only if you're looking for a quiet getaway. There are some good Chinese restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is very, very cold. They should consider heating the pool, our kids were hoping to do a lot of swimming but couldn't stand being in the pool for very long. There was also some noise each night we were there--families being noisy in the hallway or music playing (not sure if it was from the street or from an event at the hotel). It got quiet each night by 9:30pm. Lastly, the rooms have several lights that come on with a motion sensor around the entryway and bathroom. This sounds like a nice idea but it is terrible for those who actually sleep in the room. Every time someone gets up at night to go to the bathroom, the lights go on--very annoying.

It was my first time to stay at an apartment hotel under the Hengli Group. I was pleasantly surprised. It is cost-effective and not inferior to big hotels at all. I exchanged WeChat messages with the front desk manager Xiangxiang. Manager Wu was gentle and considerate, meticulous and thoughtful. He patiently informed me of the check-in precautions and took the initiative to help enter the license plate number. There is a robot for delivery and pick-up of takeaways, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy. It has an induction cooker, which can make a simple meal, a large-capacity refrigerator, and an all-in-one washing and drying machine. It is very friendly for business travelers and feels like home. I will choose to stay here [strong]!

I stayed in the Outer Lake View Suite, because the room was not cleaned early, I upgraded to a room with a terrace for free. In winter, I am afraid that the cold is specially set when I see floor heating. It is really the right choice. The room is very warm! The hotel itself is very beautiful, the pool can not be played, you can take pictures, the pontoon bridge is also very good, the reed opposite is also very beautiful! The housekeeper is also very good, the response is very timely, very intimate! There are many hotel activities on weekends, the lobby has always been private, the hotel's dining arrangement is very reasonable, there is no messy look, very good! Finally, the surrounding area is Tongli Wetland Park. There are many places suitable for children to play. The hotel also sent a small train ticket! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.
