Pan Pacific Suzhou
"Enjoyed the staying for 2 nights. Room with nice view and spacious, eating (italian, chinese, coffee shop), free chinese costume wearing for my beautiful daughter, free visit to 盘门公园, free laundry service etc. Helpful staff. Happy with our chosen hotel !"
Suzhou City Holiday Hotel (Shiquan Street Wangshi Garden)
"Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The subway and bus stations are right outside the door, and it's close to the attractions. The cleanliness is great; they clean the room regularly every day. The front desk service is also fantastic."
SCHOLARS BOUTIQUE Suzhou Pingjiangfu
"This is my second stay here, and it's excellent as always. Service: They upgraded us to a VIP room, which was twice the size. My cousin checked in before me; his Chinese isn't great, but the hotel patiently explained breakfast details and other important information to him, and proactively arranged the room upgrade. Thumbs up to the hotel! After we checked out, I left a charging cable behind, and they even contacted us to ask if we needed it back. The attention to detail in their service is impressive! Environment: The location is superb, right next to Pingjiang Road, which is fantastic."
Crowne Plaza SUZHOU by IHG
"The room layout is very well-designed, especially the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, toilet, and vanity are all separate, each occupying a corner. The bed is particularly large and high, making for a very comfortable sleep at night. The bedding feels luxurious, and the duvet is just the right thickness. You can walk out onto the balcony, which feels like being on a cruise ship, with lush greenery visible below the window. Although there's a highway nearby, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent. The gym has a wide variety of equipment, and the indoor pool is decent. However, the outdoor pool is smaller than expected and was packed with kids. Breakfast is noteworthy, with delicious desserts and a wide range of ingredients. I really hope to find a five-star hotel that caters specifically to adults, offering comfort and relaxation, rather than focusing on family-friendly amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of Suzhou Center, a massive shopping mall that was overwhelming; almost every restaurant had a queue even after 8 PM, showing its immense popularity."
Garden Hotel SUZHOU
"I stayed at the Nanfang Hotel's Building 8, 'Yingjie,' in Suzhou over the weekend. It was just renovated late last year with a new 'Neo-Chinese' decor. As you enter, to your left is a long, open wardrobe and a luggage rack, which were very convenient. Then there's a separate wet and dry vanity area and a bathtub, with a sliding glass door separating the room from the washroom. The room itself was quite spacious, with a round table and a sofa by the window. Outside, lush rockeries and greenery provided a refreshing view, and being able to open the window for ventilation was especially pleasant this time of year. The toiletries were L'Occitane, and there was even a Pantene hair essence capsule with the hairdryer. As for the bedding, the mattress was on the firmer side, so comfort will vary for different people. What was hard to understand were some of the renovation details. The grout lines in the tiles were sloppily done, a clear departure from what you'd expect in a five-star hotel. This was even more noticeable under the sink drain. I'd suggest the hotel add a trash can there; it would both hide the flaw and be convenient for women to discard small items when using the sink. The breakfast overall was good. I recommend the 'red soup noodles with braised pork,' which had an authentic flavor. The fresh pork pan-fried buns were also surprisingly delicious – slightly sweet and very juicy. The hotel's location truly lives up to its five-star reputation. Situated on Shiquan Street, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Wangshi Garden is right across from the hotel entrance on Chengqiao Road, so you can visit early to avoid the crowds. Plus, many popular eateries on Shiquan Street don't have queues before noon. The surrounding streets like Fenghuang Street, Wuqueqiao Street, Cuku Alley, Chaiyuan, and the small alleys behind Shiquan Street are also perfect for a city walk. Shiquan Street is bustling, but as soon as you enter the hotel, it becomes wonderfully quiet. If you're tired from exploring, you can return to the hotel to stroll around Jiang Weiguo's former residence or other ancient buildings and rock gardens, and enjoy the peaceful, serene atmosphere. If you want to explore the urban area of Suzhou in a short time, Nanfang Hotel is a five-star recommendation."
Qiu Inn (Suzhou Pingjiang Road Humble Administrator's Garden)
"A very clean and elegantly decorated Hotel very close to 獅子林 Lion Garden and all the main attractions. All modern facilities and very friendly helpful staff, the bed was so comfortable and the area very quiet , so really got a good night’s sleep 😴 Excellent place to stay, really convenient location and would reccomend it to everyone ! 酒店位子很方便,離獅子林很近,其他景點也不遠,吃飯特方便很多飯館。酒店滿滿的中國風,優雅美麗,也非常乾淨。設備很新,床特別舒服,前台非常熱情友好,來蘇州這個酒店是我住的最好的,在有機會來也會選擇這裡,推薦啊!"
vchill hotel
"The environment here is absolutely beautiful! The location is superb, very convenient for getting around. Shantang Street is right nearby, so you're just a short walk from all sorts of delicious food and many attractions are just a few stops away."
Suzhou Alley Jiangnan·Pingjiang Courtyardestay
"Tucked away in an alley, this B&B boasts traditional Suzhou garden aesthetics but with surprisingly modern and smart facilities. The courtyard is equipped with a washer/dryer and a microwave, and the room itself is spotless, even offering disposable towels 👍. Just a few dozen meters down the alley is the main street of Pingjiang Road Historical Block, making it super convenient for visiting nearby attractions."
Atour Hotel Suzhou railway station north square Bole Shi
"Beyond perfect! I booked this for my family, and the room was spacious and spotless. They couldn't believe the value for money. The location is super convenient. This will definitely be our go-to hotel next time we're in Suzhou. Highly recommend!"

Zhuixun · Designer Full Lake View Homestay
"Come back next time."
Suzhou Jinxi B&B
"I like this B&B very much. I have come here many times before to drink coffee and feel the charm of Taihu Lake. Every time I think that if I wake up in the morning and see the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake, I will definitely be in a good mood. This time I took advantage of the weekday to stay for one night, and I was not disappointed. The weather was very good, and the lake was shining blue. Recommended."
Suzhou Water House
"The hotel housekeeper is very considerate, and the front desk girl is also very good! We saw the sunrise, but it was a little regretful that we went home before the sunset (Wawa had to study in the evening 😀) The furnishings in the hotel were not disappointing, it was a good short trip"
Heart&Island Island Mood · Lake View Homestay
"I was very satisfied! The hotel even upgraded our room for free, which was great. The view was also beautiful. They create a dedicated chat group for each room to provide one-on-one service, which made for a fantastic experience."
Kimpton BAMBOO GROVE SUZHOU by IHG
"Traveling with my dog was completely stress-free! This hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, offering complimentary pet beds, waste bags, and water bowls. They even have a designated pet walking area on the grounds and a resident dog in the lobby that's always ready for some interaction. Overall, their tolerance for furry friends is exceptionally high. Our butler, Cherry, sent us pet-friendly tips in advance, including walking routes and where to find pet amenities. After check-in, she proactively checked in on how our pet was settling in and thoughtfully asked if we needed any additional pet supplies. The hotel's Suzhou-style garden design is beautiful and grand, with extensive bamboo groves and reflective pools throughout, creating a quiet and peaceful environment perfect for leisurely strolls with your dog. The guest rooms are spacious, with non-slip and easy-to-clean flooring. They provide a full range of high-end toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and a complimentary minibar. The scenic bathtub is perfect for relaxing soaks. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including freshly prepared Suzhou-style noodles, fresh juices, and Western light meals. The Chinese restaurant provides attentive service with a comfortable pace for serving dishes. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are well-maintained. The hotel's location is convenient for accessing old city attractions. With its excellent pet-friendly facilities and the thoughtful service from Butler Cherry, this is definitely my top choice for traveling with pets."
The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou
"They offered a cup of tea during check-in, but the front desk manager on duty was very cold and unhelpful, making the experience quite uncomfortable. The bathroom door in the room was a finger trap and wouldn't stay open. The booked restaurant, Bianxia, was pretty good, though the overall taste was a bit on the sweet side. A shout-out to the lady who helped with the custom room key; she had a great attitude and proactively offered customization suggestions."
Suzhou Taihu Crown Holiday Hotel
Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou
"This new hotel, located on an island right by Jinji Lake, offers excellent privacy with its beautiful garden landscape. The 55-square-meter rooms are well-designed, and the facilities are new and spotlessly clean. Enjoying the panoramic views of Jinji Lake from the hotel's rooftop lounge area was truly delightful and expansive. However, the price is a bit on the high side. The TV in the room didn't display the welcome message, which was a minor oversight. As for breakfast, it was quite underwhelming – not much variety and the taste was unremarkable, though the service was pretty good."
THE HUMBLE Suzhou Shantang Street City Gate Hospitality Courtyard Hotel
"The bed was very comfortable Nice and clean room. The hotel smelled very good coming into the lobby. I used the laundry machines but it took long time to dry the clothes. Convenient location. Close to the Subway. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free wellness tea, fruit and pasties. The power chord of tea water kettle was too short though."
Floral Hotel·Suzhou Front Hall and Backyard Hotel (Pingjiang Road Store)
"I originally booked this place for its location, but I ended up falling in love with the private hot spring courtyard. The hot water was plentiful and incredibly relaxing. The butler service was also very thoughtful; their recommended local eateries were fantastic. To have a private courtyard like this in a bustling area is incredibly good value for money."
Tingtao Garden (Western Mountain Piao Miao Peak)
Citadines Suzhou Jinji Lake
"I've stayed here many times, and it's always a great experience. As a Trip.com member, I even got a room upgrade this time. I booked with breakfast included, and it was incredibly generous. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The breakfast offers both Western and Chinese options, and the taste is really good. The location is perfect, with Line 6 right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere."
Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)
"This guesthouse is absolutely worth staying at. Everyone's service attitude was excellent, truly feeling like a five-star hotel standard. We went with our child, and they even brought us a case of bottled water, saying we'd need more for making formula – so incredibly thoughtful! We accidentally left some clothes when we checked out, and the owner even mailed them to us for free. They're genuinely wonderful, and the place is exceptionally clean."
Suzhou • Guanqian Street BETTERDREAM • GARDEN • Anji Design Hotel (Chayuan Square Subway Station)
"The room was clean and comfy with full of amenities. There is no elevator but the staff were super helpful to support sending the baggage to room. The only we dislike is toilet as the mirror is clear and we are friend, not couple 😅"
Floral Hotel·Hanse Shanfang River Hotel
"The owner is very kind, the scenery is beautiful, and the people are warm and welcoming. It's definitely worth visiting again and again."
Suzhou Zhuozheng Yayuan Garden (Pingjiang Road Humble Administrator's Garden Store)
"The room was clean and tidy, and the private butler was very thoughtful, recommending some amazing food. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the attractions due to a typhoon, but I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou."
