Super 8 by Wyndham Jamestown

Host friendly and helpful. Mattresses uncomfortable and blankets thin. Rooms seemed clean, but one smelled of fish. Basic breakfast. Dated facilities and welcome desk cluttered. Convenient for easy on/off I-94 access. Great price, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Didn't expect much, and expectations met.

The staff at this location were welcoming and great to deal with. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The hotels breakfast was minimalistic, but everything else about the hotel is a great value for someone looking for low rate while passing through town.

Nothing specifically unique about the place, but it was clean and cheap, so well worth the cost.

After a 4 day drive the poorest hotel with the highest price. I have no respect for hotels who gouge travelers on weekends or special events. Probably paying 3 times the value but so did all others for this day. Note to self don’t go to hotels

Room seemed ok. Old and what you would think of at a super 8. Bathroom not very clean.

Nicky, at reception, was very kind and friendly as we checked it. She was polite and greeted us with enthusiasm which at times is a rare occurrence these days. Nicky shared what rooms they had available and informed us of the time of breakfast and checkout. She is a real asset to the Super 8 company. I hope that she is given these accolades.

We just spent a night. Very comfortable, clean, roomie. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. I'll stay again on my next trip.

Bathroom was dingy. Shower head was clogged. Garbages had not been emptied.

I booked, AND PAID FOR, my room online. Arrived to check in, was handed paperwork to sign, after my paperwork was signed I was then informed that we were being moved to the hotel next door which was owned by the same people because they had overbooked. I was then told “So at least you have a room.” My room was already paid for. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of “but we’re doing you a favor.”
