Hotel's location is great, very close to Mt. Tai. The room is good, clean and tidy. Girls at reception (Yu Man, Zhou Yan, Li Jie) were very helpful and fast. It took us only 2 minutes to check in.

The hotel room itself was okay, but you can hear the noise from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom toilet had a crack in it.

房間很乾凈，打掃的阿姨很及時來更換毛巾和一次性牙刷等用品，酒店裡的午餐自助還可以，這個蛋撻很好吃，還有壽司，羊肉串這些也好吃 。為了爬泰山才定的這家酒店，距離挺近的。

體驗感非常棒！👍👍👍👍酒店位置很好，在山腳下，距離登山口很近，停車方便。酒店有個很美的後花園，環境優美空氣清新。
前台小姐姐很貼心，看我們帶着孩子，給升級了親子房。客房大姐也很熱情，送了水果和毛絨玩具。房間衞生整潔。
自助餐也很不錯，品種豐富，口味挺好，價格也很親民哦！

房間很温馨，衞生乾淨，因為帶了小朋友，還送了小童的牙刷拖鞋，很貼心的服務，前台岳梅雪和丁丁，非常熱情辦理入住，因為帶孩子，要了好幾次東西，有些不好意思，客房部李媛、劉盼送的很及時，一直很耐心的幫忙收拾，節假日期間，房間住的應該比較多，但服務不減分，很滿意

還不錯和照片基本上差不多全天24小時前台有人，就是有時候客房電話打不通😅，還贈送小禮品就是這個房間玻璃在後花園可能要拉窗簾，總體來説還是比較滿意，望東嶽山莊繼續保持

酒店位置很方便，但是經營者卻白白浪費了那麼好的優勢。和2019年那會兒比，設施老了很多，整體入住體驗退步太大。最大的問題是客房保潔太馬虎（注意：圖片裏是打掃過的房間哦！！！）不知是不是服務員工作態度有問題，真的每天的客房打掃結果就是一個懈怠。

小姐姐人超級好，也很乾凈衞生，離紅門也很近，超級喜歡這個酒店，下次來泰山肯定還選這家！夜爬的可能要注意公交車運行了，離紅門還有兩站地，可能也得打車之類的～
