環境超級棒，從陽台可以看到泰山跟泰安的美景，園林式的環境美極了
自助餐真的太棒了，好吃
走的時候衣服落在房間，聯繫酒店很快就發快遞了
旁邊的泰安古街也很美，愛琴海購物廣場購物方便

夜景很漂亮，服務很好。但是房間晚上有噪音，不知道是燈還是煙感，整晚上的響動，導致睡得不是很好，頭疼。

總體不太滿意，樓下是死水，多虧天氣不太熱，否則可能會有味道。室外陽台的紗網是壞的，拽不動；浴缸裏水接多了是黃色的，而且越來越涼；桌上微觀盆景裏有瓜子皮；自助洗衣有一個洗衣機一直在佔用，打開門看下是好幾個床旗…

我的評價很中肯，希望可以幫助到後續來入住的朋友們，首先先説優點，酒店環境很棒，我們定的湖景房，風景很漂亮。房間的設施也還算可以，比較新，面積也夠用，還有個大陽台，500多的價位我是可以接受的。其次酒店客房服務挺好的，見面會跟你打招呼。酒店的菜我沒吃過所以不做評價，下面我來説説我個人覺得需要吐槽的地方，我很少寫評價，但這裏太多槽點我不得不寫。剛才上面説酒店客房服務挺好，但是前廳辦理入住的那裡我一共去了三次，都是三個人扎堆在聊天，看見客人也衹是看一眼，接着有説有笑，等客人走進了才會打招呼。其次是我在這住一晚，然後又續住一晚，但是我從攜程上發現滿房了，給前台打電話前台説有房，但價格比我前一天在網上看到的價格要貴百分之十，然後我讓前台給了我一個銷售的電話，我打電話給銷售問可否幫我查查你這邊的價格有沒有優惠，銷售先是讓我問前台有沒有房，我説問了，有，但是價格有點高，您這邊可不可以給一個優惠一點的價格，至少跟網上價格差不多吧。銷售説幫我查查給我回電話，這個時候攜程又有房間了而且是把所有房型都已經放出來了。也就在這時候銷售來電話，開口第一句話就是騙我，説沒房了。第二句話就算有房他那邊價格也是跟前台一樣560多，我在網上下單510，在某音買499還送一個自助。我真覺得你完全可以實話實説沒必要撒謊。其次以後能不能給兩張房卡，因為你們這裏需要插卡取電，我愛人在洗澡，我去拿外賣，我拿房卡我愛人洗不了澡，我不拿房卡我進不去大門
