The spar section was great I kept going from the hot to the cold pools it was fantastic. Very refreshing. The breakfast was ok not great but as free very adequate. They were kind to upgrade my room so I could be near my colleague on the same floor in. The same building. He had ordered a room that was higher standard than mine I did not expect an upgrade but it was nice of them The rooms are not new but I like the decorations being more classic . So for me ok. The staff used translator app to communicate and tried there best to help. I will for for sure go back again. If you don’t drive yourself it is a didi ride to the place from the train station. Dinner there at the hotel restaurant has many good choice s and was very fresh food.

The hot spring Hotel was not bad. It’s located on the top of the mountains.. the view was amazing. And if you want to use Hot Springs, it’s very convenient to go downstairs and you ready join the Paradise. What about the room? The room is too small. I think it doesn’t cost this money . But the nature is amazing

①，到酒店門口連個迎賓的都沒有，車往哪裡停，哪裡辦入住都沒有指引，還要跑下車去前台問清楚，不然停完車又要拖很遠的行李
②辦完入住套房不在大廳同一幢樓，要去另外一幢樓，我們三個大行李箱，沒有人幫忙拖一下，哪怕指個路的人都沒有！
③，告訴前台我們有四大兩小六個，房間的洗漱用品，礦泉水也都衹有三份。而且房間設施很舊，三張床，衹有一張床一邊有插座充電，幾個人手機充電插頭都不夠用。
④，室內泳池水很不清爽，工作人員也是一點熱情，因為當天下雨 我們泡了温泉去二樓休息，沒有帶乾淨衣服，想換酒店的衣服都不願意給。二樓休息區根本沒什麼玩的，小孩子的玩的VR好幾個都沒開放。
⑤，早餐品種很少，幾個炒蔬菜像水煮菜，牛奶 豆漿 咖啡都是水兑的很淡很淡，而且早餐餐廳還不開空調，座椅很臟，也沒人換。
這麼差的配置，服務，菜品 不知道誰給的勇氣還敢稱是豪華酒店！真應該去看看別人的温泉豪華酒店是什麼服務！

這樣房間也能買500以上？房間小不説，環境也差。温泉票買158還是住店優惠，實際許多池子不開，説是11點結束，10點不到就開始打掃衞生。看來就是主打一次買賣。

酒店裡面有温泉，另外買票，小孩成人都88元，但是裏面温泉大部分不開放，衹開放泳池跟1-2個池的水是熱的

房間小的可伶，站2個人都轉不過來。像樣的桌子都沒一張。而且温泉很多湯池很多都沒開！
