We found two cigarette butts in the bathroom of the first room we booked. The front desk immediately changed our room and sent us milk. They admitted their mistake very well. Unfortunately, there were some unspeakable stains on the toilet seat of the new room, but because it was too late and we needed to rest, we did not ask to change the room.
Summary: The front desk has a good attitude, but the sanitary environment is terrible. I hope it can be improved.
