Not enough lighting in bathroom. Mirror in hallway needs more lighting. No ice bucket. No tea bags, No water No iron board. Only one soap in bathroom. No pen or writing space. No menu of services - Staff is not friendly. No food much at 9 am. Although they are repairing they should ,make sure all services rendered.

Bed covers had holes in them. The microwave did not work. The bathroom faucet leaked and there was a bad smell in the hallway.

The desk staff was excellent...courteous and pleasant and very accommodating. The housekeeping did not clean the room on the second and third day.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for the guest ahead of me because they could"nt find his reservation. Now they can"t find mine , this took over twenty minutes . No apology offered. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned , and I doubt that the bedding was changed either. Overall a very bad experience , and I will go out of my way to avoid this place

It was disgusting. We were heading from the beach to home and was stopping midway to rest. The smell of mold and the mold spores on the air conditioner unit in the room was enough to stay for 2 hours and leave. Room 114 ***** The older lady who checked us in, she's the nicest lady I've ever encountered at a hotel. She was amazing. But the hotel was rundown on the inside once in the room .

I had to wait for someone to come to desk to get checked in, room was dirty, no toilettes. Bed was dirty. Air conditioner didn’t get cold. A total disappointment

Breakfast was a joke. Cereal no milk, box hunnybuns, Pancakes, toast. The room was dusty, carpet was dirty, there was used Bobbi pins in the bathroom floor. The only highlight was the staff was very nice

My only gripe with the property was that there wasn't a lot of parking. now this cant be blamed on the property as when i went, there was a few truckers parked in the lot

The place is a dump! Ceiling had been repaired from what looked like water damage. The ceiling looked as though it could fall in at any moment. Shotty repair job. The door handle had to be lifted upward to get in the door and the door did not close shut behind you, if you didn’t check it was still slightly ajar and open. The upstairs reeked of pot

Rooms were fixtures were damaged. Towel bar in bathroon broke off the wall snd sitting on the floor. Refrigerator was nasty, so was the microwave. All the wall mounted lights were broke and hanging off. Hotel needs serious tlc. And upgrade
