This is one of the worst aqua parks I have ever been to. - You have to pay cash for everything including entry - the sunbeds are an extra 40dhs and that's if you can even find space to put it - the park is so full you can't find space to sit or swim - the queues for the water rides are ridiculously long - the pools are damaged and many are missing tiles - the toilets are disgusting

the appart hotel is clean and spacious for 4 persons nice staff the swimming pool is good contains a big park with diverse activities good place for families having kids Staff need more seniority, the hotel was empty on our stay, and the receipt would not gave us sea view, until insisting. Nice gift from the responsible, that gave us 50% reduction for karting.

Piscine hyper cher 220dh enfant de 7 ans j'ai payé pratiquement 500 dh uniquement accès piscine s'il vous plaît,!! Une fois on rentre, on voit des bassins très sales, carrelage cassés, café avec un goût brûlé à 20 dh, les relax à 40 dh 😡😡 toilettes et douche qui donnent envie de vomir, 🤮🤮. Tu trouves des maîtres nageurs qui sont fatigués de leur travail.,, c'est Aberrant ce qu'ils font ces gens !!! Personne ne les contrôle !!!! A fuir en urgence. et ceux qui voit ce message, merci de transmettre aux autres

Un endroit qui ne mérite même pas une étoile ! J'en garde de très mauvais souvenir. Je n oublierai jamais qu'un serveur est venu nous demander de régler l addition à 2h du matin. Il a effrayé tout le monde et surtout mon petit de 5 ans qui n a pas pu fermer l œil de la nuit. Le mec était grossier et insolent. Le matin, au restaurant, abstinence totale, personne n a voulu nous servir le petit déjeuner. Choquée, je suis partie réclamer et leur parler de ce qui s est passé la veille , mais le serveur en question a préféré me dire qu il s en fiche de ce que je pourrais faire. Cerise sur le gâteau , le gérant du restaurant s'est contenté de nous présenter ses excuses froidement et nous dire qu'il va s'occuper du reste lui-même comme s'il parle à un gosse de 4 ans pour le calmer. Bref, c'était de la foutaise de sa part. Sans parler bien évidemment de l'état de la chambre qui ne mérite même pas 500dh/la nuit ni celui de la piscine ( park) qui est pleine à vomir. Bref, cet endroit est à éviter.

Bruit horrible on s’entend pas. Prix EXORBITANTS pour une carte médiocre. Pire, les plats sont à peine mangeables et on regrette très très vite d’avoir commandé ! Fuyez ! La carte trop chère pour ce que c’est. Ils ont vraiment craqué !!
