"I would not go back anymore. My wife asked for spa they say it was nobody available. She was disappointed in them shower handle, keeps falling off. They replaced it and still the same problem you can tell it is more work to be done first day to check in to my room. I’ve been asked to pay cash for city tax I handled them my credit card American Express. They said they wanna take it. Their machine always broken. She asked for cash only which is $170 breakfast brunch buffet always dry food bad experience. I was disappointed on five star it’s a three star hotel, not five. Housekeeper, she’s very nice person. That’s the only thing I ever saw front desk. They were very rude. They have no respect when they know you from the same country. They don’t treat you as a tourist coming from US. Front desk, disrespect for people they stop talking to me when I’m asking them question and they answer someone else question which is I was the first in the line."

"The hotel is very well located, just few steps from the Medina, and it has a lovely view of the port. The hotel is renovated and the room was ver spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as different tables to place the luggage, spacious closet and a little desk. The bathroom was a bit old, and some things were a bit broken, like the trash can and the shower handle. I found a stain in the bed sheets and in one of the towels. But over all it was pretty good. The food was really good and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The service and attention from the Hotel staff was great! Always with a smile, speaking various languages and very helpful I would definitely recommend the place and will come back for sure!"

"This is like an apartment complex with rather large apartments. The "room" I got was an apartment with a kitchen, two large bedrooms, a living/family and dining room and a balcony with comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything, including a cooking range and a fridge. There is a small Bosch clothes washer as well. When you run it, it is loud, and sounds like a helicopter taking off. Although no dryer to dry the clothes. The service was awesome. The staff, mostly ladies, took my wet clothes and dried them in their large industrial drier in the morning. Sound carries. I could hear the guests in the apartment above me, talking and moving about late in the night. It is actually not the ideal location for a sightseeing trip to the Tangier medina since that is about 15-20 minutes away from the apartment complex. I has a bunch of smaller quibbles but nothing to dissuade someone else from staying at these apartments. While waiting for my clothes to dry in the morning, I was able to update a very receptive lady host what all of these little quibbles were. She was very grateful and eager to address the issues I brought up. The reasons for the 4-star rating versus a 5-star were the location being far from the medina, the noise, and the minor quibbles."

"I rarely write a review but this hotel was so annoying that I feel obliged to warn other fellow travelers. We ordered a twin room. We got a double bed and a sofa. Only one light switch worked in the bathroom. Good enough to shower but not to put on your makeup. The kitchen consists of a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and sink. Considering it’s suppose to be a suit hotel - it hardly lives up to its name. Although it is very near the beach, at least our room had no view of it. I suppose the other rooms also lack it. On the other hand, it is about 2km from the Kasbah. Hardly worth it for a taxi but too far to walk. In short: get a different hotel. There are plenty of them in Tangier. "
