我近期在衡水出差，選擇了入住崑崙大酒店（衡水中心街店），這次住宿體驗讓我印象深刻。從進入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我就被其優雅的環境和貼心的服務所吸引。
首先，酒店的位置非常便利，位於衡水中心街，交通十分方便。無論是商務出行還是旅遊觀光，這裏都是理想的選擇。酒店周邊的餐飲、購物和娛樂設施也相當豐富，滿足了我在旅行中的各種需求。
在入住期間，我深深感受到了酒店員工的專業和熱情。他們總是面帶微笑，耐心解答我的各種問題，讓我感受到了家的温暖。房間的佈局和設施也非常舒適，床鋪柔軟寬敞，讓我每晚都能擁有一個舒適的睡眠。
此外，酒店的早餐也非常豐盛，各種美食應有盡有，讓我每天都能精力充沛地開始新的一天。晚上，酒店的健身房和游泳池成了我放鬆身心的好去處，讓我在緊張的工作之餘也能保持健康的生活方式。

這個酒店距離火車站非常近，走路過去就可以了，一棟大樓。
設施：新，很大氣，隔音我覺得一般。
衞生：還可以，乾乾淨淨。
早餐：我很看重。它早餐還可以，有煮麪還有當地特色小吃。
服務：沒感覺到有什麼服務，就是正常服務。

崑崙算是衡水市的老牌酒店了。很久沒回來了。這次假期回來探親，選擇了崑崙。就是因為老牌酒店，這麼多年肯定是過關的。但是入住後，很失望。
首先，辦理入住，由於忘記帶證件，崑崙的前台設備需要花5塊錢才可能辦理入住。現在幾乎所有酒店錄入訊息都可以不帶證件… 電子證件，或者身份證號就可以刷臉辦理入住……重點是，前台接待人員告知，這個5元可以退。到最後也沒見退。當然每個酒店都有規矩，自己的原因沒帶證件，我也不會糾結，衹是單純希望酒店方可以更新一下錄入設備罷了
重點來了。
作為衡水老牌高檔酒店房間內衞生情況讓人很失望。雖然不用浴缸，或者是都是在買浴缸膜的情況下才會使用浴缸吧。但是作為房間內的設施，有義務打掃乾淨吧，異物，不明血漬……真的很噁心。真的很影響消費心情和出行心情！

感受太差了！首先，吃飯預訂了崑崙廳，13個人點了2000多的菜，每人一份的鮑魚咬不動，長者、孩子都沒吃下去。人生第一次“享受”吃飯賠飯店筷子錢。吃飯中小朋友不小心把筷子掉地下了，結果一衹斷了，結賬時讓賠了5塊錢，喝酒碰杯碎了一衹杯子，賠了15元。烤鴨配料砂糖太少，讓服務員加了一小勺糖，額外收5元。詳見附圖。
其次，住宿花了1600多，結賬時説我弄臟了一塊小方巾要賠20元，我小方巾是我洗臉擦手弄臟的，我要求賠賞原因寫清楚“客人洗臉弄臟了毛巾”，前台不肯寫，最後我要求服務員在水裡洗洗看是否可洗乾淨，結果服務員洗了一下通知前台不用賠了，才省下了我的200毛。
