The location of the hotel is very good. When you go out, you can see the old city on the left and the new city on the right. The Dome Market is within walking distance. The courtyard is very quiet and the service is very good. Both English and Russian are available, credit cards are accepted, the room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good among the many hotels I have stayed in.

Inspira -S is a modern, clean hotel with many extras such as a wonderful boutique w/ traditional Uzbek art and clothing. My stay was made extra special because of the helpfulness of Chengris. He works at the front desk. Chengris helped me with room assignment, where to change currency, wake-up calls, and much more. He was very professional and is a gift to all who stay at Inspira-L. I have travelled for 50 years, and Chengris is one of the best. Also, the food was good. Breakfast offered a large assortment of food. The room was large and clean.

Огромный, красивый, удобный номер. Очень комфортно. Отель новый и солидный, деревянная мебель и мраморный декор в ванной. Подогреваемый пол в ванной.сервис вежливый, но не навязчивый. Хороший кофе на завтрак. Единственный минус для нас - это скудные завтраки и поздно начинаются в воскресенье.

Ничего лишнего, но вполне достойно. Уютные, чистые номера в европейском стиле. Завтрак без откровений, но голодным не останешься: чай рассыпной, немного выпечки, виноград, салат, десертик. По запросу есть яичница или омлет. До метро и центра далековато, но можно перемещаться на такси, никаких проблем. Удобно, что до аэропорта не так далеко, легко добираться. Совсем рядом магазинчик с водой и мелочами.

In advance, clarified the cost of accommodation, the girl in the hijab on the recipes reported and wrote on the sheet the amount 30008000 sum. I prepared it, and the day before the departure came to calculate. It turns out that the cost of accommodation is not 3. and 5 million sums. Thanks to a colleague who was with me at this point and the missing part of the payment we covered from her card. The check did not give, said they would attach to the invoice on departure. The invoice didn't give at once, said that immediately before leaving everything would be arranged. Okay. Before leaving, at 6 a.m. I come to the rehearsal. And I am asked: ”And you paid? hm ... strangely. In the system not marked.” I have a puzzle ... Well, the young man remembered me from the evening. Okay, okay, got it. Then I made the invoice ... and looked for cheques.. ... 20 minutes . I am the only person to leave at this moment. I am in a hurry to the airport. And here is the crown phrase of one of the staff: ”You should have asked from the evening of the Invoice, you would have been ordered!” If it hadn't been said, I would have been silent. But here I didn't restrain and said everything! Dear ADMINISTRATION! Please have a conversation with your staff ! so it is not possible! simplify the invoice design system or teach your staff to do it quickly! and if you are using the system, to enter in it all the payment data from your guests. The summary is: The hotel is good, overall everything is good. But the impression is spoiled.
