Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

Hotel in the very center near the Avlabari Metro and the Kura River. Silent, cozy, we had a room with a balcony and excellent view to the city on the 3rd floor. The room is large, clean, bed linen and towels clean and fresh, bed comfortable. There were cold weather and the hotel was drowned as a bath. Hot water with excellent pressure. Wi fi without complaints. Breakfasts are satisfied as lunch: cheese, creature, peel or float, apples, bread, pieces of cake, eggs, vegetable and green salad, jam, tea ... What else is needed? We were eaten until the departing, which was enough until the evening. Staff polite and helps in everything, everyone speaks Russian. When we had early tours, they made us breakfast 30 minutes earlier. I advise everyone this hotel!!!

After catching covid I had to crash a bed somewhere for two nights. I got a decent discount for this one and couldn't be happier with the standard room. It was comfortable and cozy. The staff are not all perfect with English but they are kind and will understand. Location is pretty much perfect and the atmosphere is lovely.

The hotel location is great, very close to the metro and in the middle of the old city. In between of the both side of the river. It is very easy for you to walk and travel around and have some rest at the hotel in the middle of the day before continue your old city tour. The staff was very nice. I really like the beautiful lady and sorry that I cannot remember the name. The hotel should provide the staff name tag. We do not know their names. The room was average inter, of size and furniture. Bed is very small and pillow is not good quality. We stay 2 nights and the heater was broken in the middle of both nights. The staff offered us more blanket ^^. But it sill cold anyway. the roof top bar next door open up to mid night or 1 am. So if you sensitive with the sound, request the room on the other side. The room floor is not heated. For breakfast is on the rooftop, you can see the view of the Trinity church and old city. The breakfast quality and selection is average. There is the restaurant around the area name Old Metheki, I really recommend. Found it by incident. Good food and amazing river view. Very romantic. Also the winery shop around the hotel selling friendly price. The location of the hotel is the top.

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was very spacious and very clean. I asked for more towels and paper and every day I received them. The room was cleaned daily, fresh breakfast but 3 stars, not 4, the superb superior restaurant with a panorama of of the city and great food, the young people at the reception are extraordinary, thank you very much Nina, Maria and the boys, I can't remember their names, for sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will stay at your place
