"This is a small, cozy hotel with a convenient location and all the essentials. Tbilisi isn't a city for staying in your hotel; it's more for exploring. However, there were a few nuances that might matter to some. The toothpaste in the room was only enough for one or two uses, after which you had to request more. We had separate beds, and they were quite narrow. Some might find them fine, but I personally didn't, as I like to toss and turn. The breakfasts were super – you definitely won't go hungry. Again, everything is relative; it's probably impossible to please everyone. The room was quiet at night, and the soundproofing was decent, except for the air conditioner, which hummed. We only stayed two nights, so I didn't bother trying to figure it out. We were on the 5th floor, and the balcony overlooked the courtyard, so no view. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Thank you very much for the hospitality 🫶🏻 When we checked into the room, it was heavily sprayed with air freshener, which I dislike as it makes me feel suffocated, but it wasn't a critical issue. I think it might be related to the sewage system. We put up the 'do not disturb' sign for both days because I was worried they would spray it again. That's why I came to that conclusion. Overall, it's a great hotel option for getting to know Tbilisi 🔥"

Everything was exceptionally clean, and I had no complaints whatsoever about the bathroom facilities. There are plenty of power outlets, a safe in the room, and the room is very comfortable if you need to work. There is also a very convenient smoking lounge downstairs, huge thanks for that! The breakfast was excellent as well, although I would recommend going during the first few hours, as some of the food can get cold later. There is parking available, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The only unusual incident during my stay was that another guest apparently smoked in their room, which resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. This was obviously not the hotel’s fault. In fact, it was reassuring to see that the fire safety systems were working properly. Overall, an excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk staff's English was so poor we couldn't communicate at all without a translation app, which is ridiculous! Due to a flight delay, we booked a room for four hours, not overnight, but still paid for a full night. There were three of us women, and the front desk insisted we book two rooms, stating that only two people were allowed per room. We explained we'd only be there for four hours and even offered for them to check on us during sleeping hours if they didn't believe us. Surely, it's normal for guests to have visitors in their room during the day, but this hotel, apparently, is too 'high-class' for that. Then we suggested taking turns using the room, with the third person waiting at the bar downstairs, but that wasn't allowed either. They insisted that only the two people who initially checked in could stay. Even our offer to register everyone's information was denied. This is pure harassment. If I weren't rushing for a flight, I would have called the police."

"1) The location is near Liberty Square. However, it is tiring because you have to climb a hill. There is a supermarket and a fruit store right in front of the accommodation. 2) There are many people staying for extended periods. As a result, items are scattered haphazardly inside the dormitories. It would be good to install lockers so guests can organize their belongings. 3) The kitchen and bathroom feel less like they are dirty and more like they are poorly maintained. There are missing or broken tiles on the floor... but it does not affect usability. It is aesthetically unpleasing. It was a bit difficult because an unpleasant smell came up from the bathroom. 4) People smoke on the terrace, so the smell of cigarettes sometimes enters the room. 5) The cleanliness of the common areas is average, and the interior design is quite elaborate."

"I dropped off my laundry for express service (4 hours). Nine hours later, my clothes weren't ready when I went to pick them up, and then they told me I had to pay extra because they'd forgotten to account for something. The next morning, I went back again. Still not ready. I'm stuck without my clothes and can't even go out. They're telling me I need to pay *another* extra fee for something, and my clothes won't be ready until the evening (even without express service, they should have been ready by that evening initially). I've just wasted so much time, and the laundry cost was $45 for 4 T-shirts, 5 pairs of underwear, and 1 pair of socks, which is ridiculous pricing. I still haven't gotten my clothes back. They just keep saying 'by the evening.'"
