The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. Wi-Fi is limited to 500mb per day. Breakfast is not very varied. Air conditioning and hot water are fine.

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . I am guest at espinas hotels for a year at two their hotels in tehran The staffs are vey nice, professionals and kind Every request from our side will approve at a short time very kindly. I recomend these hotels to every one who comes to Iran. Specially The personals at receptions desk, the bell boys and coffee shops are vey warm, kind and with a friendly mood. Thanks to all of them.

The room type did not match the reservation at check-in. There were no windows in 603 and there was an onion smell in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff responded quickly. Easy to take a taxi. It is recommended to stay, but to avoid the transformation of the 6th floor loft room, no window depression.

You need to contact customer service every day when accessing the Internet. The same goes for access cards. Generally speaking, it is a troublesome thing. For Cantonese people, the most delicious thing is honey essence. . . I ate as much in one day as I would eat in a year in Guangdong.

The mid mgm and the housekeeping staff and specialy the door man ”EBI” is great at what he does. The roon service is great ....food is tasty and good portions. The breakfast can be better, because the food is usually cold and doesn't meet the health code standard. I will not recommend use of hotel taxi service, because some of their drivers are dishonest and overcharge customers.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Last night I have been in this hotel. When I checked in everything goes really fast and professional and I reaally thanks from Mr Sebt, Mr Hosein sSalimi in reception side who helped me. Actually I have really glad to meet Professional Manager Mr soad Haghighi.

The location is very good, very close to Tehran Airport. Go up to the second floor of the airport and walk down to the opposite side to find the hotel. The decoration of the restaurant on the first floor is also very unique. Only local credit cards can be used.
