Room services are good and convenient, and it is relatively quiet place. The main issue is the hotel is near the highway cross, so it is crowded when going to downtown.

Unfortunatelly reseptionists cannot make me receipt or anything else document which confirms my staying here

Great Hotel, very expensive Taxi service. Restaurant's also expensive. Friendly staff members. Variety of breakfast also great. Location is close if you stay more up north in tehran.

The mid mgm and the housekeeping staff and specialy the door man "EBI" is great at what he does. The roon service is great ....food is tasty and good portions. The breakfast can be better, because the food is usually cold and doesn't meet the health code standard. I will not recommend use of hotel taxi service, because some of their drivers are dishonest and overcharge customers.
