Before booking the hotel I called to confirm parking and shuttle to the airport. Front desk would not let me book the shuttle until arrival. On arrival I was made aware that the shuttle was booked from start time at 5 am until 730 am and I needed transport at 5/5:30. Front desk gave managers number to which I called and she said she would book me an Uber and when I asked how I could confirm this she said “I am confirming it with you right now”. At 5:35 when no Uber was there for pick up, front desk lady said she does the Uber calls and was never told about it. Shuttle driver was able to get another group transported, but manager was upset that I had her number to call and ask. Was also told that the hotel does not pick up from the airport and I will just have to Uber back.

Its location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for exploring. Considering the price, it delivered good value for money. Very clean very peaceful and omg the beds are soft perfect body melt you can rest the balcony is nice as it was warm outside good is Affordable and good I would highly recommend easy access to all areas and staff was very nice and friendly definitely will stay again

The manager was from hell.

The hotel is rundown. The first room we were assigned would unlock. We took the long walk back to the desk. A maintenance man happened to be there so we walked back to the room. He determined that the door was mis-aligned and we would need another room. We walked back to the desk where we were assigned another room. We walked to that room to discover that it had a strong cigarette smell (it was a non-smoking room). After traveling all day, we were too tired to walk back to the desk and ask for another room, so we just lived with it. Bathroom was grungy and the room was in need of a renovation. I would not stay there again.
