Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown

Valet attendant was horrible. Working very slow and line to get in was into the street so I pulled inside about 5 ft into the garage and parked to allow for room to not block exiting cars or sidewalk of pedestrians. He asked me and my wife if we could read the sign that said valet only. I clearly tried to explain I plan on using valet and there is no room to park and he said “I don’t have to park your car if I don’t want to”. Also found clumps of hair in shower.

The hotel is great. It has a nice rooftop area with a pool and restaurant. It is just in a busy area making kind of loud at night.

Magda at the front desk was incredible. An issue came up and she took care of it. Give her a rsise!

With all the choices in the area, we ended up booking Canopy. It was amazing on every point. People who sincerely wanted to help, extra clean rooms, and congeniality at all times. Thanks for making an important trip even better.

I’m only giving this property a 3 because our room had terrible ventilation. The air conditioning did not work well. Other than that the hotel as a whole is a 5.

Our stay at Canopy was amazing from the day we arrived to the day we departed. Everything was perfect. The staff were the friendliest and kindest staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Andrew, Marrisa, and Joshua for always having a smile on your faces!

This was a standout experience. The room is modern yet elegant. It was a special stay and I will plan to stay again.

Nice, comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. Street noise was a little excessive but it is downtown so maybe that’s to be expected.
