Generally it's OK, quiet, but a bit remote. It doesn't matter if you have a car.

This is the worst hotel I have. I arrived after 10pm so hotel was unmanned, however my key was in a safe and I needed a code to open this, this was NOT emailed to me as advised, so I was not able to access my room for over 45mins, I had to ring the emergency number and have the code txt to me, (this was done quickly) The hotel room was horrendous with a broken bed, and the matress had holes within it from the sharp ends of the broken springs pushing through, these scratched my back. I had to flip over the matress to help with this. There were bare wires in holes in the wall where the electrical socket should be, this was not safe. The heater did not work and to top it all off, I now have hundreds of bites on my body from what must be bed bugs- see photo. I could not speak with anybody at reception since anytime I went there during my stay it was empty. This is the worst hotel I have used.

The location is nice if you’re going to the palais 12, but other than that this place is horrendous to put it mildly, i’ve never been to a worse place. The floors are so dirty, the towels and bedsheets are stained, there’s cigarette residue in the windowsill and it smells of smoke in the room even if they say they are a smoke free hotel. there’s cobwebs and dirt all over and it looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned for the last 10 years. will never stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so.

It was nice to smell warm croissants as I came down the stairs each morning.

Stayed for 3 nights and 2 of the nights are room key did not work making us have to wait until a employee came in the morning to let us in. Emergency contact number provided does no work. No compensation offered.

My room was acceptable and clean, but in our language one would say "It's getting old". The wallpaper was hanging down in one corner and some of the tiles in the bathroom were torn, but what I have to complain about is that the reception is only manned for a very short time and you could reach noone on the phone number. So once we couldn't get in with our code until a guest solved it with his cell phone. The charging station in the much too small hotel car park was constantly full of gas cars, but the hotel tolerated it and there were hardly any parking spaces nearby. It was cheap for Brussels but I wouldn´t still stay there just because of the parking spaces alone, I was there on business and would like to park comfortably in front of the hotel after work. I don´t like to lug my luggage to the hotel around from a street far away.

Ironically, there's not much value in staying here. The rooms looks like there hasn't been any maintenance in the past decade. Quite annoying continuous buzz noise from inside the building (elevator? other installation?). Beds & matrass were old and provided limited support. Don't expect much. You can sleep here, you'll survive, but not much to enjoy.

We have relatives close to the hotel who could not offer us a room and so we stay at this hotel for convenience. Unfortunately I cannot really comment on anything other than the room as we only sleep there.

This was the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed. Even the one star I gave is to much. We made the reservation particularly for a car charger that didn’t work, breakfast which was 12 euro wasn’t worth the money, no bread, no orange juice, no nothing. Front desk girls that really don’t care about anything. And after we refused the second breakfast and asked our money back……… I’m still waiting for the refund. This hotel really sucks. Don’t go. I will make sure that there will be a reduction of clients.
