The breakfast was generous, the interior of the hotel was good, and the room had a small balcony. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city, but there is a shuttle bus to Aristotle Square at every hour of the hotel, which is quite convenient.

Although the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room. The price benefit ratio is excellent

Perfectly located, luxury, historic hotel in the centre of the City. Our good-sized room had coastal views, a supremely-comfortable bed and marble bathroom. Great wifi. Quiet. Stocked minibar : good to see that peculiar hotel Covid paranoia finally over. Coffee and tea- making facilities provided, though only instant coffee - which was disappointing, perhaps more standard in Greece? The buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant / bar was generous, varied and provided a spectacular visita to start the day. (Remember to ask for Americano rather than black coffee so you get a barrista beverage). Other guests: couples and adult groups of all ages and nationalities.

As I was on a business travel I cared only about quiet room to recover, the receptionist fulfilled my request and even more, I got an option of a late checkout at no extra cost. The breakfas was very good, the onle thing I was disappointex with was the drinks from sirup callex juices (in Greece!). Overally I am very happy with my stay, altough redecoration that takes place around the lobby area gives an odd first impression :)

Very attentive staff. Neat and clean hotel with larger rooms and spaces. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The whole hotel is very well maintained. The location is very central - you can walk to the board walk, get to some really good restaurants nearby, go shopping if you like. It’s walkable and wonderful. Highly recommended.

The service is thoughtful and thoughtful, take the initiative to help with the luggage, remind the room facilities how to use, breakfast staff to ask if you need coffee, take the initiative to help you call the good early. We arrived at 9.30 in the morning from the airport, very tired, expecting to wait for checking in till afternoon. To our big surprise we got the key and the room right away and could catch up on some sleep before venturing into town. Not many hotels would do it, so it was a great welcome! The good vibes about this hotel continued for us for the next few days. Breakfast was great. Vasili, Ronaldo, Anastasia, Helen, everyone in the hotel staff was great, extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We couldn't wish for better service. The room was comfortable, very high tech, everything controlled by remote device. Location is good, on the edge of the city centre but close to the train station and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki. THANKS ONOMA

Change of travel plans meant that I needed to spend a night in Thessaloniki before returning home. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend more time in a city I have visited and enjoyed over many years. Today the city is much improved in terms of its environment, cultural life and the impact of many thousands of creative students. the position on the sea is superb and, altogether, this is a great place to visit. Set near the sea, just off Aristoteleous pedestrian street, is the MonAsty Hotel. It seemed fine for a night. What a delightful surprise this turned out to be! This hotel is a gem, at every level. The welcome was outstanding. Calm and efficient as well as friendly and exceptionally informative. All helped surprisingly by a nice welcome glass of prosecco. After check-in, a staff member accompanied me to the room. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and quite luxurious. The design and ambience of everything in this hotel is top class. It has an understated elegance that enchants - with a quiet and serene air. After exploring the streets and cafés, i was able to come back and enjoy a cocktail in the charming and swish bar. An excellent night's sleep was followed by an excellent breakfast - with some of the best eggs benedict I have ever had. Wonderful and relaxing hotel. My only regret is that I only had one night. I look forward to returning one day.
