We enjoy the stay there and a special shout out goes to the Front desk staff for their efficiency, the excellent service from the restaurant, the Guards and Door*** for their smiles and greetings, whom are often not recognized. However we also need to address the following as a feedback and also as it is a MUST. Please pay attention to the simple request that goes a long way to keep your guests happy. Invest a little in providing a Safe Box and mini fridge. This are essentials that cost a long way from happy guests. I had ask prior to my stay and it was acknowledged but not fulfilled, until a few days later then it was sent to the room. A little upset an disappointed that the staffs keep saying will do it, soon, later, by today, but never do. Housekeeping staff needs to inform guest if they remove any of the items and leave a note ex: We came to the room and found a can of Raisins, that was indicated in the room for guest consumption missing, thus thinking we consumed it and payable, until we called the front desk and was told it was removed as it has expired. Not a good practice. Other than that we truly and honestly appreciate the overall pleasant stay there. Thank you and good luck in all future progress at all Classic Sarovar Hotels.
