First time in India I wasn't sure where to go which area is the best for me I didn't have much knowledge about Ayurveda.I was very happy that I selected Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort.Lot of changes came after the 15day detoxification and stress management treatment in my digestion,stress,anxiety,insomnia.This Eating at Beach and Lake was such a pleasure every day.Every meal I had was so good and tasty. I must say one of the advantages of Beach and Lake is it is very near to Thiruvananthapuram Airport and staffs doctor and therapists they do everything the best service for your needs and cure. Highly recommend place for Panchakarma treatment"
