I had booked a stay over one month before my arrival for a room with two queen beds for me and my daughter. On the day before my arrival, the early check-in notification told me my room was made for a King bed (bait and switch). I called the hotel reservations and the reservation was switched back to a two queen bed room, so I checked-in online. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the operations manager, Syreena Lor, had given away my room and they couldn't honor my reservation for two queens; all they had only a room with a bed and a pullout couch. The front desk office clerk also told me they had not honored their contract with two other guests who had arrived earlier. So, it seems common practice to overbook rooms at IHG, and the hotel could care less about honoring contracts/hotel reservations. I'm pretty shocked by this as a hotel reputation depends on integrity. They have none. I used to feel bad about the hotel industry during Covid, well, not anymore.

Breakfast is good, there is a parking lot, and Wi-Fi is fast. However, the restaurant is closed due to the epidemic. You can only solve it by yourself at a nearby restaurant. The outlet is 50 meters away, which is convenient for shopping. Very quiet, the room near the high speed is somewhat noisy!
