Hygiene: Good
Environment: I have to give it five points, the cozy atmosphere of the town is very strong. There is a beer restaurant next to it, and the atmosphere is very good.
Service: Because of the coziness of the town, the service staff are often not on duty, but it is not bad.
Facilities: OK, with a balcony as a bonus.

The breakfast is very rich and I like it. The room is well heated and very comfortable to stay in during winter. The room layout and bedding are also extremely comfortable. I will come again next time.

I applied for cancellation due to a change in itinerary. I booked a room for 3 nights, but my application for refund was rejected. Not even a cent was refunded. What a rip-off.

Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least.

It is located on the edge of Arnstadt's beautiful old town, the cozy and down-to-earth city brewery. We had reserved a table for the six of us beforehand - which was a good thing, because the place is well-known and was accordingly well-frequented. No wonder, because here you can get delicious Thuringian dishes, a tasty beer (probably from the brewery itself) and all of this with friendly service.

Unfortunately we didn't get a table for dinner on two evenings and had to look for a restaurant in town, although there were free tables when we left that were still free two hours later.

Perfect accommodation with friendly staff. Good location and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and was constantly replenished. If you had any questions, you always got a friendly answer. The rooms were well equipped. The beer was also very good. We can recommend it without hesitation and if we are ever in the area again, this hotel will be our first choice.
