酒店設計獨特，非常適合寶寶旅居。早中晚都是自助餐，\品種豐富，大人和孩子都可以在這裏吃好住好。

性價比很高的酒店，小朋友很喜歡，房間空間設計不錯，喜歡窗户下的長沙發，躺着挺舒服，酒店活動挺多，旁邊的動物科學王國和室外活動區域，小朋友也很喜歡，能耗電一整天！服務人員還是很積極解決問題的，早餐的種類也很豐富，整體性價比不錯！

體驗感很差！
1、2點了還不能入住 ，還沒打掃好、下午3點才入住！
2、房間的門壞了，出去以後進不去了、去前台説卡每瓷了，加了瓷還是打不開、又打了客服才派人過來維修，將近一個小時才進去、但是門還沒修好、強行打開了，最後給我們換了另外一個房間！
3、隔音很差，左右兩邊房間都能聽見聲音！晚上都沒怎麼休息好！
總之體驗感很差！下次不會再去了！

酒店設施新，房間寬敞，乾淨。服務人員態度很好。是一個不錯的親子酒店。適合帶娃來休閑。前台服務給一個大大的贊！給配了床擋，退房還給了小朋友禮物。

很不錯的酒店，我們住的樂寵酒店，就是衞生間淋浴小一點外，其餘挺好的，很乾凈，工作人員服務效率挺高，又贈送飲料礦泉水和小零食外，還送果盤，主要每天免費自助早餐很棒，園區裏面能看到很多小動物，火烈鳥，羊駝，免費參觀動物王國和夜晚燈光秀，第二天又免費的光合谷度假區的門票，裏面各種動物都有，比北京動物園強多了，終於看到了熊貓還，而且人很少，超棒的旅行，太划算了，就這麼點房費包含很多免費遊玩的項目，最值得的一次旅行，而且還是在這國慶黃金週裏，非常好，退房後又給了火烈鳥掛飾，很喜歡

本來訂的是樂寵酒店，為我免費升級到港灣酒店！非常感謝！酒店房間乾淨衞生！酒店環境很好！一樓玻璃窗可以看到火烈鳥🦩早餐雖然不是自助餐但是也以吃到很多不錯的食物！尤其要説一下酒店的託管中心樂園！裏面的老師都很好！非常友好！我入住三天 幫我照顧了三天半 辛苦你們啦！西餐廳早餐 晚餐的服務人員服務也都很好！雖然我不太清楚她們的名字！咖啡廳的服務也很好！酒店前台的服務人員也很好！總之 不枉此行！兩週後再見！我還回來的！嘻嘻😁 酒店外面有一個動物科技館 到小朋友的可以進去體驗一下，動物也不少！
