酒店服務和設施都不錯，像我這種常年出差的人，誰不想擁有一個屬於自己外地的家，我個人是少評價酒店的，天悦大酒店確實是做到位了，對待顧客像家人，我是晚上入住的，頸椎不舒服，前台服務人員，特別有眼力勁，主動讓房務給我送上了蕎麥皮枕頭，我沒有主動提出來。早餐也相當豐盛，羊雜湯 老豆腐 煎餅果子等，你們就説全不全，我是非常滿意的，甚至有點興奮，不用出門就可吃到滄州市面上的早餐，是不是很幸福呢，下回來滄州我還會考慮天悦大酒店！
