緊鄰奧體中心周圍交通十分方便 附近的商圈超級豐富 房屋設施齊全乾凈整潔舒適 已經第二回來了十分不錯

這次入住是我最温馨舒適的一次入住，房東很體貼，很有耐心的幫我們解決了一點小問題，房間衞生很乾凈整潔，房間也很温馨，我跟朋友來玩，這家店很很好，周邊也有很多好吃，樓下的回民早點鋪得早點食品很多也乾淨，有需要的可以來這家店真的很好，下次來我還訂這家祝老闆生意興隆

成家公寓在天津南開區奧城公寓位置不難找，有水上公園東路和體育中心兩個地鐵站。
特價房在最邊上。沒有別的房間，換不了房間的。
沐浴露是一包一包的，有吹風機。蚊香液找前台要。
房間裏有兩瓶冰露礦泉水。兩條浴巾兩條小毛巾。沒有踩腳的地巾。
退房時間12點。不能延時的。
一白按金。
樓下路邊停車一小時6，

民泊としてはリーズナブルだと思いますが、外国人は自分で警察に行き、臨時宿泊登記を自力で手続きする必要がある様です。予約サイトでは外国人宿泊可となっていますが、この宿では臨時宿泊登記を代行してくれなかった様で、警察から携帯電話に直接連絡が来た挙句、出国の際に「宿泊登記が確認出来ない」との理由で30分足止めをくらいました。結果的には拘束や罰金徴収などなく放免されて無事出国出来ましたが、肝を冷やした経験となりました。臨時宿泊登記の必要性は充分認識していたつもりでしたが、チェックインの際にパスポートのコピーを取られたので、てっきり手続きを代行してくれたものと思い込んでしまいました。反省です。
