Tianjin Nankai University Tian Kai Park Atour Hotel

The room was clean, well-equipped, and very hygienic. The environment was also great, especially the front desk staff who were very warm and polite. I brought two kids this time, and I give them a big thumbs up! The parking lot right at the entrance was also very convenient.

This hotel is right by Nankai University. Since it was my first time in Tianjin, I stayed here and found it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was good and very quiet, and the breakfast was nice too.

Booked the Atour Hotel Nankai University-Balitai Branch for my son. It was the closest option since my younger son had an interview the next day. Even though rooms were tight, they surprisingly upgraded us to an executive room. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent. My son also mentioned that the breakfast had local specialties and was delicious both days. Hope Atour continues to maintain its high standards and strives for improvement!

I planned to store my luggage first, but the front desk allowed us to check in early. The room was quiet with good natural light. It would be even better if the shower glass was improved, as you could see everything clearly from the room, which was a bit inconvenient when traveling with a child.

Stayed at Atour Hotel Kaiyuan with my child for an exam in Nankai. The hotel environment is elegant, and the room was clean. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even putting a 'Good Luck on Your Exam' sticker on the room card. It was a really nice touch.

I have to give this a great review! First off, I made two separate bookings, which meant my third night was originally a king-size room. After I explained this to the front desk, they managed to change it to a twin room for me. Big thumbs up to them! 👍👍👍👍 Otherwise, I don't know how my mom and I would have managed sharing one king bed! 🤭 Secondly, they extended our check-out time, which saved us from having to wait an extra two hours at the airport. A huge thank you to the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen! The breakfast staff were also wonderful; when they heard I was in a hurry, they even let me pack a 'jianbing guozi' (a Chinese savory crepe) to go. Seriously, thank you all so much!

Soundproofing: The room's soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet at night. You can barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Even rooms facing the street don't have noticeable noise, so sleep isn't disturbed, and rest is very peaceful.
