酒店前台員工工作仔細認真負責，好像新來沒多久雖然操作有點慢，但是微笑服務很讓人暖心，還主動和我們説她是新來的操作有點慢，稍微等一會，辦完入住還提醒早餐時間和地點，小丫頭真的挺不錯的，多等一會也是值得的。房間一進去有一股淡淡的香水味，乾淨整潔，給前台打電話想借用一下指甲刀，很快保安就送上來了，憨厚的説您好這是您要的指甲刀，連酒店的保安服務都這麼好，看來酒店管理還是很規範的，住在這裏很放心，滿分。

一晚上六百多塊的房間，還不如快捷酒店的標準，快捷酒店也就一百不到吧。
洗臉盆接不到水，水都流到枱子上淋濕鞋子。窗户外就好一堵牆，住着很憋屈。房間有異味，樓道里也有異味，隔音效果特別差。

環境很好，房間很乾凈整潔，保潔阿姨每天都打掃，前台服務熱情，餐廳大姐很有心，有一天孩子沒吃夠豆包，大姐第二天特意多熱了一些，遇到我們很關切的讓我們吃飯，心裏感到暖暖的！
