老闆很熱情，人很好，很好打交道，房間隔音還挺好的，能看出來原來建造的時候用材很紮實，而且是老闆自己家住過的房子，非常温馨，很有人氣。

特別好！小房間敞亮乾淨，叔叔特別熱情，忘帶充電器還借我用了充電器，感覺就像住在自己家一樣。位置在小區中間所以晚上也沒有噪音，隔壁的夥伴也都很安靜，體驗很好。#位置交通來經貿學校考試的，騎單車十幾分鍾就到，小區門口還有早餐店，很方便。離奧體和地鐵站也都不遠，要去觀演的話住這裏感覺也很便利。

房間很乾凈，設施齊備，公共衞生間乾淨整潔，可淋浴，有洗衣機。老闆和藹，有問題溝通後及時解決，最後一天免費存放行李。到地鐵站1公里左右，交通方便。小區外有小超市。總之性價比高，值得入住。

因為旅店的拜拜愛上了天津這座城市!（照片是臨走前拍的，沒鋪好床，剛來的時候很整潔）位置:門口就是公交車和共享單車，小超市價格便宜。附近還有夜市、商業廣場，騎共享單車十分鐘就到了，非常便利。旅店在小區裏，附近非常安靜，一點噪音都沒有。衞生:衞生很好，沒有異味，而且禁煙，哪裡都是乾乾淨淨的。入住的都是素質很高的人，不會打擾休息服務:趙叔人特別特別好!問他哪裡他都知道，會推薦遊玩地點（天津自然博物館就是趙叔給我推薦的，去了一趟非常值得）、 路線等等，我去動物園還給我推薦走哪個門，特別親切熱情，也很健談，和他嘮嗑很開心，實在是相見恨晚。房間設施:光源充足，還配了小枱燈。設施齊全，房間有空調，衞生間有洗衣機。很喜歡這種家的氛圍，之前住酒店都認床，睡不着覺，在這裏可以睡得很香。建議自帶洗漱用品性價比真的很高，打算之後有空了帶舍友或者家人來玩,也住這裏
