房間特別破，住的房間也比定的小，明明是40平的房間，給我們住的20平的，而且環境還特別差，地上有蟑螂一樣的蟲子，天上有飛的小蟲子，食品都不敢拿出來，怕蟲子爬，找退房也不給退，而且當天看到自己住的房子還降價了一半，就是説來天津旅遊遇到的最晦氣的事情

服務態度挺好的，房間沒有異味，而且也很乾凈，空調是中央的那種，不太製冷，我們住的二樓，緊挨着的是廁所，所以不知道隔音好不好，離商場什麼的都挺近的，順着一條街什麼都有，吃的營業廳手機店商場kkv很多，挺方便的，離五大道也近，性價比很高，沒有牙刷牙膏洗髮水什麼的，我們也沒找房東要，總體還可以

真不咋地，根據導航到地方，打電話接了告訴我是被騙了。之後打同程客服投訴告訴我走錯地方了。之後民居老闆給我打電話。居然和我打那電話一樣。如果不投訴是不是錢就沒了。環境還可以。蟑螂比較多。我會繼續投訴。這有點像欺詐。有同樣遭遇的可以聯繫我。我一起投訴。同程不行咱315，不行就起訴唄。我不能上這當
