1.到店入住6層房間，進房間第一時間關門鎖門時發現門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，找到樓層保潔阿姨説明情況，她進屋嘗試鎖門也失敗，上報給維修部門，維修部門沒過來，在他們微信電話溝通中得知，維修部已知這個房間門鎖和門框因為卡槽不吻合無法鎖上，但他們一直沒解決並且還正常安排入住了，差評
2.出於安全問題考慮，要求換房間後，保潔告知給前台後，表示給換同標準房間，告知需要在房間等候10多分鐘，原因是説要最後檢查一遍，沒理解已經打掃好的房間為啥還要再檢查，行吧檢查就檢查吧，10分鐘過去被房間電話告知可以到前台辦理換房間卡，安排到的是五樓的房間，電話中並未提及門鎖壞了安全問題影響入住的歉意
3.馬上就到一樓辦理換房間了，到了後有幾個客人在辦入住，就在旁邊排隊等候。輪到我了，辦理換房間，辦理時和我説5樓的房間住不了了，要到3樓可不可以，我問為什麼，第一個理由説是因為還有東西沒放好，我説電話裏不是都通知檢查一遍合格了才打電話安排我下來的啊，他説是，一臉被説破的表情，我就問到底是因為什麼，他第二個理由説是因為人員失誤，5樓房間安排給其他顧客了，我説我從被告知換卡下樓到這就3-5分鐘就給別的客人啦，你們都在這工作互相不通消息的嗎？啥叫換房間給我後轉頭就給別的客人辦入住了，差評加差評，
4.在平和表達不滿意的態度後，前台表示可以補償，補償內容是一個早飯和2個蒸汽眼罩和2條漱口水和2條紅糖薑茶，？？？，這麼多問題加起就這？不想過多糾纏，就答應了，入住3樓房間發現窗户變小了，沒有陽光了，説好的房間一樣，根本不一樣，差評
5.早餐內容少不好吃，房間隔音差需要帶耳塞
以上內容都有監控可查，非惡意差評，就是入住體驗很差

第二次入住這家朗麗茲了，一如既往的服務好。
自助茶飲:有兩種咖啡和兩種茶，水也給了四瓶，還有小飲料組成的minibar，挺滿意的！
隔音我覺得還是可以的，晚上睡覺沒有任何問題，但是早上洗漱靠近門口的洗漱台位置還是有點吵的。
服務是很好很貼心，服務人員都很温柔。
下次再來還是會選擇這家店！

第一次來這入住，酒店環境温馨，房間舒適整潔，衞生間是乾濕分離的設計很方便，洗手枱還有化粧鏡，外賣小機器人可以送到房間，超方便，前台春艷服務周到，細心，業務能力超棒，周邊出行也方便，超市，飯店都在附近很便利，以後還要來這入住，推薦大家來這打卡！不錯的一次入住體驗❤️

不錯呢，酒店很乾凈，房間裏也很乾凈。隔音效果也還可以，各種燈光設定很合理。唯一遺憾周邊吃飯的地方較少，樓下有個韓國城的燒烤店還可以。早餐我們去了比較遠的地方品嚐了一下天津特色，都還不錯。
